About Me...

I am passionate about writing, social justice, language, rhetoric, and art.

I am a writer and a poet in the Northwest United States.

I earned my Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Composition at The University of Texas at El Paso, as well as a graduate certificate in Women’s and Gender Studies. I also earned in M.A. in Teaching Writing, as well as a B.A. in Writing Practices from  Humboldt State University and an A.A. from Pasadena City College.
